I am interested in collaborating with a wholesaler.

Is there something specific in an operating agreement that would take It's cool the two of you want to work together.My recommendation is that each of you have an LLC that collaborates on projects. 

I've been thinking a lot about the collaborative tenant that helps the landlord make more money via ancillary income.
