I've just begun, I've been listening to the podcast, and reading "building wealth one house at a time", and I've started trying to get a sense of the current market.

Have you begun building up your end buyer list?

When I joined BP I had a great business going--flipping well over 100 houses/year, had begun accumulating dozens of rental homes in the SF Bay Area, and buying large multifamily. 

There are pros and cons to both areas but overall both these town have begun to grow into one another  and you may drive from one to other without realizing it.Overall most people like to move to bigger cities where there are more amenities, restaurants, and things to do.

I know I've heard some about this before but I haven't begun to unpack or dig into it yet. 

We have recently moved to Nicaragua and begun investing.

You also mentioned your plan, past tense as it seems you have already begun "working" your plan.You have received comments, well founded, and have rebutted each pulling definitions (excerpts of complete definitions) as your basis for arguing against those comments in favor of your interpretations.

Can you do accounting, graphic design, or perform acupuncture?  

The problem is, I've begun to seriously question my place in this business.
