New would-be investor in Atlanta GA

hello!

My name Is Kyle Meadors, I'm from Elmhurst IL, and I've been preparing to invest in a property in Atlanta (where I currently live)!

I've just begun, I've been listening to the podcast, and reading "building wealth one house at a time", and I've started trying to get a sense of the current market. I have started looking for deals,  but I'm mostly still educating myself.

I currently work as a freelance audio engineer and have as many as 2 part time jobs. I've learned that working as such is not helping me build financial security, so I'm trying to find good cash flow opportunities for my first investment.
