What if the tenant ignores our denial and moves the friend in anyway? 

Just because you don't make any money on them, doesn't mean you aren't responsible, along with the source of the actual plans, for any mistakes in the plans, or even any mistakes in construction from lack of info, misunderstanding, or just plain stupidity of the builder/user of the plans.

My friend @Miller McSwain does this very well and is even writing a book about it!

Hi Everyone,A friend of mine is negotiating on a RE contract for the sale of their home.   

I’m new to investing so unfortunately can’t provide much advice on the area but have been out there a number of times over the last couple of years to visit friends and like you, really love the area.

Of course our landlord (and friend) knows what we're doing, and gave us consent. 

Ca may be tenant friendly but they have done more to eliminate bogus ESA than any other state that I am aware of with the passage of AB468.

I found out about the state of the lawn through a friend that did me the favor to drive to the property to check it out.
