Big trees are icing on the cake and often times can be higher cost (trimming a big tree can cost you $1 - 3k a shot).There are lots of non-desirable neighborhoods with mature trees where most folks are economically desperate.

It just always seemed to me that if properties are going like hot cakes better to be on the side of the buyers to gain access to more sellers in addition you may be able to gain a larger network through the purchases of homes from being the middle man.
