Hello,

I was wondering if of the following pay to get leads websites are reliable.

I lived in California and the Areas that I'm focusing on are Anaheim, Santa ana, Cerritos, Orange, Downey, Stanton and Cypress.

Also, what do you do after you get the leads.

I am new to investing; so far I have only got a duplex.
