Take a long vacation, I "retired" at 45 after working 60+ hours a week for years helping to build an internet company,,I came out of it with enough cash (I thought) to last a lifetime,,however one thing you will find is it cost more to "retire" than to work.My daughter was born the same year I retired and i spent most of the next 10 years enjoying watching her grow up,,,but I knew I needed, mentally, to be back building a business of some kind.You have a great base with the $4,500 and have put yourself in a great position for your age,,but besides money, you will miss the 'thrill' of the "hunt",,Take some time off, figure a new goal (maybe a month long vacation to an exotic place with your family when you hit $7,500 a month in cash flow), and keep it going!!!

We rented it for those couple months at a premium, and the tenant was thrilled to find any place cheaper than an extended stay hotel.So, I think you're really on to something. 

I am sure the neighbors are thrilled with the increase in value to their neighborhood.

The seller should be thrilled!!  

I used a few and they were thrilled not to have to make the formal reports and jump through the hoops and wait forever to be paid.

So glad I found BP, and am thrilled at how many wonderful people I continue to meet everyday.   

I am working fervently to move them and I am enjoying every minute of it highs and lows as I'm learning at a fast pace and quite frankly find somewhat of a thrill working against the clock.

Would be thrilled to connect investors - they want to talk directly to explain what they are offering or I can send a Business Plan.

I too am new here although not the youngster Bill apparently is and I too did a stint at Boston University although the result was not quite so stellar but that was over three decades ago and I've learned a lot since then.I am thrilled to have found this forum as I begin to develop my Investor muscle.

It would be a deal I would be thrilled to take to make it happen.
