I found hundreds upon hundreds of 5 star rated realtors on Zillow in the DFW Area with a perfect score, do I just call the top 10 from there and talk to them?

I moved down to the Lone Star State just over two years ago for my job.  

These guys pretty much control the home supply in the city and have real nice looking 4 and 5-star parks in the city that it seems people may be drawn to more than our little 3-star park.

I do not have experience buying properties using her, but she was a super star when it came to selling.

Once you get that 1 star review, your vacancy rates will take a hit.

wow people come in droves to see the rehabs done by TV stars?

a reverse 1031 would not work for us in the current scenario but sounds like we are good and will work to get the replacement properties closed after the relinquished property (assuming we can get the stars to align) . 

We will be investing from out of state, a rock star property management company capable of managing and overseeing this kind of asset is of the utmost importance.

If all the stars are aligned properly I may  partner with an investor

I would use on 4-star and 4-star plus houses but I would go with more expensive Quartz on any 5-star houses.I will find out soon on cabinet pricing between KT and Pius.
