New Investor in North Texas

Hey everyone.  Just a quick intro about myself.  I currently live in the Dallas, TX. area.  I am originally from the Portland, OR. area.  I moved down to the Lone Star State just over two years ago for my job.  I got down here realized I don't want to work for someone else anymore, I want to work for myself and do real estate investing.  

I am just starting to wholesale.  I have the basic knowledge of what I need to do, but I am not a seasoned vet by any means.  I am always looking for other investors to partner with so that we can help each other out!

I have been married to my wonderful wife for almost four years and just 12 short weeks ago we welcomed our first child to this world, little baby girl Madelyn!
