Whats up BP...Looking to build a team here in Memphis for larger apartment complex investing. I am seeking referrals in the area for property management companies, local mortgage brokers, brokers and contractors familiar with large value add renovations on 100+ unit properties. Any assistance on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks
