They were easy to partition since they had corner locations and they weren't square-shaped.We did so for three reasons; units that are 1000SF-2000SF are much easier to lease, the rent per square foot is higher, and if a tenant moves out, you don't have all your eggs in one basket. 

*The Dollar Index (a weighted basket of various foreign currencies) is currently getting smoked against the Dollar.

Any market presents a fruitful opportunity to invest in Real Estate.

Cost is definitely a factor but I want someone whip smart who can help steer me towards a very finically fruitful future.

.#4 - Inflation is a measure of rents and a basket of other goods/services. 

I am a plumbing  repair contractor and I see these basket cases at least one time every month where a rental house has a broken sewer pipe underneath the house, there is 2 feet of human poop under the house and the landlord doesn't have one penny to pay for the job that costs no less than $15,000.

It’s a hectic process but I think at the end it will be fruitful and definitely better than rehabbing 1960s construction.
