Hello everyone!

I am a relatively new real estate investor but a long time lurker of Bigger Pockets and its high yield, informative content.

I grew up in the Birmingham metro and I am actively seeking to build connections, forge relationships and build a fruitful network of people to help facilitate my goals. I am primarily focused on scaling my buy and hold rental property portfolio in the Hueytown and Pleasant Grove suburbs of Birmingham. The units I have acquired to date did not require extensive rehabbing, but I am not afraid to gradually take on larger projects as I become more experienced.
