I would keep in mind the personalities of the different tenants you are putting in there as they will have to share common space, fridges etc so trying to make sure they actually get along will make your life a lot easier!

Update: We had a call with them the other day and had an issue with an outlet getting fried because they plugged a mini fridge into it and overloaded it. 

It comes unfurnished and even fridge and washer / dryer ALE needs to rent elsewhere.

There are two ways around this:Kitchenette: You can easily make a kitchenette with a sink, cabinets, a fridge a microwave, a toaster oven and a plug in counter top oven.

Worst of all the fridge and stove both looked like older 1970 models that were found and picked up from a alley cleaned up and painted, I'm not kidding the stove had a material that felt rough like some kind of bondo that was used to cover some dents and they didnt even bother sanding it down and then painted over with white paint.

I was also worried about items in the fridge, etc. 

@Mariel Painter-ChapmanI prefer number 3 as it is the closest to a triangle (fridge, sink, stove, being the points of a triangle).

In our market, we don't supply a fridge or washer/dryer.

Tennant of 2 years did final walk-through with landlord in person, noted various issues like fridge/oven/microwave cleaning & one missing garage key.

We have some basic items in the pantry & fridge since they often come in late and start work the next day.
