It's not for the technical faint of heart by any means, but it's totally do-able with a little time and patience and mine has worked great for me for over 2 years now with zero maintenance.

If you believe interest rates or inflation or lending will always be safe for the future, then by all means lend away to your hearts content.

While it may seem logical, I find most property managers (myself and business partner included) start management companies with a good heart and operational mindset, but never really figure out how the financial model works. 

I don’t want a PM that doesn’t have my best interest at heart.

But, in an asset class that is structurally correlated to inflation (and in a country positioned to continue causing inflation), this is really the heart of REI. 

Plus, they will always have your best interest at heart because they know you are coming back, which is not quite the same with an online attorney.

These "managed" properties lack the heart and soul of traditional listings.

I’ve heart it is more like $25but..... their affordability is not your issue.
