I only state this to combat the inevitable comment I will see here stating "why would you get a loan" , "so much risk", "80% of agents fail".

So much time and money is saved when we dont have a client and GC combat us for changes and costs cutting "VE" items that almost never end up saving that much money.

Early paybacks decreases the return --- if you really dispute that, then you should file a claim, I guess with the SEC for one, for fraudulent claims on all the various public filings. 

Hello @David GaleaYou do have a claim for fraudulent representation but unfortunately it will likely cost you more in attorney fees to fight it than the original 3k earnest money.

ICS Loans should stop the fraudulent recruitment campaign before it's too late.

A wife who was given money just to drop off at the bank for a deposit by her husband not knowing funds were tainted by his fraudulent dealings with someone she didn't know.

Not because is on the internet it has to be true, remember a lot of scammers use the internet to do their fraudulent business.

My gut said this is a waste of time and a bit fraudulent beforehand.
