I was tricked into buying a home "as is"

I put an offer on a home without knowing it was " sold as is" until the last minute and my real estate agent pressured me to make a decision without explaining the consequences of no contingencies. Later i found out the home is 500+ square feet smaller than advertised and it was in an "A" flood zone as well. Am I entitled to get my $3,000 earnest money?

@David Galea Most contracts are “as is”. But, that has Nothing to do with having an inspection and financing contingency.  It simply means the seller is not agreeing In Advance to do any repairs that may be required for financing.  It also doesn’t prevent you from asking for a reduction upon finding issues not apparent from your initial walk through.

Not having an inspection or financing contingency are separate issues.
