I received the proposal and almost had a hard attack.

This is just another attack on capitalism by the socialists.

Husband had a heart attack November and things will have to be handled differently, with the government agencies getting involved with how and who we lease to and when you can raise rents. 

I'd first attack any bad debt like credit cards or car loans. 

So, if the tenant sues you (the LLC) for whatever reason the property is an asset of the LLC and can be attacked.

I had to get rabies shots earlier this year when I was attacked by a feral cat.

I will be attacking Monmouth, Middlesex, Mercer, Somerset, Morris, Hunterdon, Warren and Sussex..

New to real estate investing, looking for some ideas and stories on what ways to attack this beast.

Thanks so much for your opinions.I guess buyer financing would be the best route of attack if I were to take this path. 10K won't go very far if we start talking about 10-20% down on a property.
