MikeI would be surprised to find a lake house on a legal septic system, most likely the house has a holding tank that needs to be pumped every few weeks depending on usage.

I sorted it out and I filed for an eviction, and she jumped ship a few weeks later.

Apparently, nurses get 13-week assignments withpotential extensions.

I've met some interesting people during the networking, so in that respect the membership has been worth it.I have not taken the coaching class but I did take a 3-week course recently on how to manage rentals.

After some days or weeks or months, both men get in their respective planes.

If done correctly, should only take an hour/week.

Hang out in a property management office for a week or so and see what you think.

Week of 8/11 - 8/17:Accomplishments:- Received PUD approval for 135 SFH site in Leesburg, FL.- Received an offer for one of our new construction homes in Palm Bay, FL.- Completed a 7-minute speech at my local Toastmasters organization. 

We went through this two weeks ago (had our attorney get in touch with another lienholders attorney to satisfy the loan).

Welcome.....it's not easy, but plenty of opportunity here in DFW with hard work and effort.We have to be meetup central....probably 3-4 or more opportunities a week to get together with other investors and learn one topic or another....some lunch, some dinner, some happy hour, some on Saturdays.
