Anthony was there as well as host and, again, we learned a great deal about value-add apartment investing.One of the things that is really refreshing about Anthony's boot camp and workshop is the lack of heavy upselling that is so prevalent in other apartment investing gurus' courses. 

You might like to try those numbers after you have had a nap and are refreshed.

I recently went to one of your meetups and found it to be very encouraging and a refreshingly positive environment for those new to the industry.

I would buy a used Japanese/Korean car/SUV that can hold up to the weather for cash or as close to it as possible.

@Griffin McKisson First off it's refreshing to see someone that's your age being so serious about their future.

Instead we chose the Japanese model of quantitative easing.

I miss really good Japanese food but that's about it.
