I took Anthony's 4-day Apartment Investing Mastery Boot Camp in Los Angeles July 14-17, 2016 and he was excellent.  I learned a lot about apartment investing and deal analysis and highly recommend the boot camp to anyone wanting to break into multifamily investing.

I also just took Anthony's 2-day Multi-Family Value Add Workshop in Los Angeles which was taught by Dave Sanchez, a very experienced value-add apartment investor.  Anthony was there as well as host and, again, we learned a great deal about value-add apartment investing.

One of the things that is really refreshing about Anthony's boot camp and workshop is the lack of heavy upselling that is so prevalent in other apartment investing gurus' courses.  It is really nice to get good education value for your money from real experts and not feel like your going to be pressured into a super-inflated cost coaching program.

I give Anthony Chara and his courses a very positive recommendation based on the one boot camp and one workshop I have taken from him.  Best of success to you all!
