Hi Bigger Pockets community, I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for free or low cost electronic signature processing platforms that I can use.

That happened to us before, and was successfully managed.We aren't too concerned with managing the administrative part of the business remotely, as we use software for this (Buildium), and are already fully digital as much as we can be with e-leasing, maintenance requests online, emails, all electronic payments from residents, etc.

I use "ClearNow" for electronic collection of rent.

The electronic payment or rent check should be payable to xxx - at the following address: Xxx or other such place as may be designated by the Lessor from time to time.

If your tenant filed taxes electronically, they would have gotten that money in the last week or a check is coming.

All of our tenants pay electronically, so she is aware of the fact that it’s late and fees have been assessed.  

It was via wire transfer, not electronic check deposit.

Amazon has a device that can connect to electronic gates that will let their delivery person in based on a per package authentication.
