I feel my age will get in the middle of what I want to do but I'm young and very ambitious and am willing to push myself to the limit I love real-estate and just want to know am I moving in a pace too fast or am I right in the right track ?

I love real estate with no desire ever to be an English teacher. 

Don't get me wrong I love RE and by simply being here (if you gain the knowledge that is here and abide by it) gives you a big advantage, but it is still a brand new business adventure and you are using his inheritance to start it.  

I love real estate, I believe in it, I know it's hard work to take off but I am ready to start on the side and build it out.I look forward to engaging with this community and though it is mostly in the US, I am hoping to get some expertise relating to the Canadian market first.Cheers,Endre

I really love real estate , but don't know where to begin I read so many books and feel confuse at times this buyers list is no joke to build and I know it takes hard work, this buyers list and to find a good agent is not working for me in New York maybe I should head to a warmer climate ,maybe a change will make a difference, help"Lorna

I live a little south of you in Dallas near Greenville and Lovers.

Emphasize the land, take great pictures of the period details like rosette and crown molding, and the staircase, we old house lovers are suckers for staircases.

Now don't get me wrong, I love real estate.

I love real estate investing too.

It's so much fun to be around people who love real estate as much as I do.
