Hi All,

Just joined this community. Currently I am looking to start a side gig focusing on wholesale at first, then branch into other areas - BRH, lease options and commercial (long-term).

I am a rookie and although I have read many books and taken some courses (Rich Dad) - it is really time to take action. I love real estate, I believe in it, I know it's hard work to take off but I am ready to start on the side and build it out.

I look forward to engaging with this community and though it is mostly in the US, I am hoping to get some expertise relating to the Canadian market first.
