Sorry to say all of you are wrong this issue has been addressed with some top attorneys and you have to read the clause and fully understand what is written in the letter, A good attorney who has a good grasped of the English langue can fully understand what the letter is saying.

I always post placards on the roll off in english and spanish that basically say they are being recorded and we will turn their face and licence plate number into the police department.
