Sorry to say all of you are wrong this issue has been addressed with some top attorneys and you have to read the clause and fully understand what is written in the letter, A good attorney who has a good grasped of the English langue can fully understand what the letter is saying.

If the OP can read English and the paperwork is in English, then it is not too far of a stretch to assume the OP can read the paperwork and understand.

I always post placards on the roll off in english and spanish that basically say they are being recorded and we will turn their face and licence plate number into the police department.  

On the next leg of my journey, I’m looking into teaching English in South Korea or Thailand to save up money for backpacking trips, and in general I’m aiming to avoid work that I’m not truly engaged in as much as possible.Like so many, I got excited about investing after reading “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”, and I’ve been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast ever since.
