These houses are all over the map dollar-wise, another one that I will hopefully be listing in a few more days will probably be listing for under $90k, I'm currently waiting to close the sale on another in the low $100's, we sold one a few months ago for $340k and the next house up to work on will probably list right around $400k.

Here in Dallas some of the park owners are doing a wrap around on their mobile homes and selling them to buyers who cannot get a loan other wise because of the DF act.

I estimate at least $5,000-$7,000 of repairs inside the property for flooring, drywall and ect.This is why I am curious about the roofing and foundation issues being fixed for approximately $8,000...Also, would it be wise to take a contractor along after the inspection (the official inspection) to give me an estimate on the repairs?
