Just completed and ready to list a high-end project, if you'd like to take a look

Since I got back into the buying, rehabbing and selling of houses business (I know, I could have just said "flipping" but I just don't like that term for whatever reason!) early in 2012, after a several year hiatus, we've worked on 5 different projects, with a 6th one currently rented out. These houses are all over the map dollar-wise, another one that I will hopefully be listing in a few more days will probably be listing for under $90k, I'm currently waiting to close the sale on another in the low $100's, we sold one a few months ago for $340k and the next house up to work on will probably list right around $400k. Yet, the last five months or so have been spent mainly working on one big one, (which should have been done sooner, but as I said, I'm just getting back into this business and am still putting the right crew and contractor mix together, so its still a learning experience!) I think if I was actually just starting this one today, I could get it done in 2 months, maybe even less, but it is a learning experience, even for someone like me who has done this before!

We're going to be listing this house for $819k, which for the Milwaukee market is up there in price, there are certainly more expensive houses around here, but not that many of them. It wasn't in that bad of shape when we bought it, but it did need a lot of tlc, the former owners lost it in foreclosure and it looked as if they had been just doing the bare minimum in upkeep for a while.

I am also a realtor and the smaller company that I work for really likes to shoot these improvised youtube videos of the houses, they think it works well for them. They were also excited to get a higher dollar listing like this, so the two owners actually filmed and narrated this video:

I hope you enjoy it and enjoy seeing all of my hard work come to fruition! (well, it really will come to fruition once the place sells!)

(I also hope I'm not violating any rules here by posting this, if I am, I'll remove it)
