We do these type of agreements with our commercial clients that have 100s of units, boilers, chillers, RTUs, etc. where reliability is important and there are a lot of moving parts. 

Also sounds like there are different types of eviction?!

If I'm saving for the down payment for my next real estate investment, I would put the money in a more liquid type of saving or investment product.
