The last one I looked at was great on paper, good asking price and I almost was planning to offer before seeing to lock it up.There was 4" of water in half the basement, 1/3 of the height of the walls in the finished basement covered in mold, an addition with the walls bowing out, the roof ridge beam bowing down, and a bunch of adjustable columns in the basement under this area actually pushing the floor joists up (putting a bow in them).
