24 Unit in Chicago Suburbs - seeking advice
Hello,
I am fairly new to the BP forums but listen to podcasts regurlarly. My husband and I are buy & hold investors in mostly single families and a couple of 2 units. We have an opportunity to review an opportunity in a 24 unit multifamily and I have never ran numbers on such a large scale. I would never recommend a deal to any investors if it's not a deal I wouldn't do myself. The propoject is offering a 10% Cap Rate. I feel a bit overwhelmed and want to make sure I am running these numbers as accurately as possible. Where do I start???
