You need to gain education through a place like Bigger Pockets so you learn what to how and how to do it.To become a Real Estate Licensed Agent, you need to complete your state’s required education, background check, finger printing and examinations.

The ones being hurt hardest would probably be banks, which are primarily online now, and clothing stores, though stats show that they are actually not hurting as much as you would think and like I said, they still need somewhere to get their product out of.

To examine what's going to happen to you holistically from a tax perspective you need to examine your tax income/loss allocation via the partnership agreement as well as your cash in/cash out.Depreciation is just one expense also.
