Starting as a Real Estate Agent

Posted

Yo!

So I'm currently in the Navy, and am looking to do an internship and transition into a full time agent once I separate. I'm currently in Virginia and plan to stay here once I get out of the military.

My trouble is choosing a good agency. I've all but completed the pre license education and don't fear passing the state exam. However, I want to work for an agency that will help me grow into a success and hopefully lead me to a more knowledgable position in the Real Estate Industry so I can also start investing wisely.

Anyone have any tips or things to look for when examining an agency or broker as a good place to work/good mentorship?

Thanks for taking the time!
