I also listen to the pod casts like crazy they are both so educational and inspirational.  

I wouldn't be where I'm at without the inspiration I've found here as well as the guidance.

I highly recommend Think and Grow Rich; it has been the single greatest source of inspiration to me.

Listening to the podcasts inspired me to get back on the forums and increase my networking opportunities.

BP has lots of great resources - I recommend setting up keyword alerts in the forums if you haven't already and listening to the podcasts for ideas and inspiration.  

This was inspired by another thread on the same subject submitted by Neal Collins  that I just commented on but I wanted to expand on it and share it with a more direct BP audience.This is indeed a subject that is of significant interest to me.

I spoke to a mortgage lender today and he said that as long as I can demonstrate some kind of legal control over the property through a contract, after two years, I can claim that rental income as income regarding applying for a mortgage, although the way he explained it didn't inspire confidence.
