Hey there, 

I'm new to real estate with interests in wholesaling and buy and hold investing.  I've purchased courses, and read books over the years and now i feel like I'm ready to take the next step. There is so much information and knowledgeable investors on this site.  I'm ever so grateful I've found biggerpockets.
