If you're looking to flip, you need to start looking at kitchens from sold properties in the same neighborhood or price point...if they all have laminate counter tops, don't install granite.My take is to always assume an initial cash outlay to push future maintenance...like higher end finishes and appliances on the bet that they won't have issues for 10+ years.

We just finished it a few weeks ago, and accepted an offer on it yesterday, Now we're finishing up the final touches on a remodel in Sunriver, that more than likely will be purchased for a Vacation Rental property by an investor, or a 2nd home.

If you purchase an under construction 4 plex property and then the finished product is only 7 covered parking space instead of 8, can you get your earnest money back if you back out?
