While looking at the current RE price drop trend and the number of houses construction, I am bit confused and not sure if I should buy at this price or wait for sometimes and why the home when market slow down a bit more. 

My ambitions are lofty, but my skills are sharp, I pick up quickly, and I'm really excited and eager to learn as much as I can from everyone and add as much to the conversation as is possible.

Most of these tenants are perhaps bad with finances or have low ambition but they won't cause as much trouble as D class.
