I think the mountains (Summit, Eagle and Grand counties) are the best for STRs. 

Our boys see that (1 just became an Eagle Scout) so the creation hopefully is a 2nd generation of humble and empathetic future parents.     

Silver Dollar City is a huge family draw and there are conventions and competitions hosted in the community every year that bring in a wide variety of people.

Despite whether it's a turnkey that's being served up on a silver platter for the investor or if they start from scratch with and REO and then go from there building their own team of sorts for the contracting & management then the odds of succeeding are much higher.
