Young, Ambitious Realtor Interested in MTR Investment in Colorado

Hello all! I am from Minneapolis, MN and would love to find an MTR to either own through creative financing or manage as a co-host. If you have a medium-term rental in the area, I'd love to see if there is anything we can work out! Around the Denver area, I'm especially interested in Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins. I'm willing to do favorable terms for you in exchange for a great price, or vice versa.

I would second the @Jordan Malara recommendation. He has a couple MTRs in Colorado Springs and is a savvy investor himself.
