I am assuming that I am being told this because they (Rocket mortgage) don't support real estate investors. 

Rocket/Quicken, Homepoint, UWM, if you've purchased more than 1 or 2 homes you've heard at least one of those names (I could have listed more), and all are in Metro Detroit (Rocket/Quicken employs more people than anyone but the legacy auto makers and public school system).

Apartment investing is not rocket science, and it is a learned skill just like any other.You need to select a market to invest and begin to build out your team members, especially brokers.The fact that you have a stable financial situation is key when you start.  

I do a little of everything but I do a ton of wholesale deals it’s not rocket science if you do it right.

If you buy this for anything close to $190, your taxes are going to sky rocket when the assessor gets a hold of the new purchase price.Just my initial thoughts :)
