The approach they use is from the old days - brow beat you into signing on, VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES MEN, telling folks they are getting a 50% off the scholarship from $20K price tag, only available during the call.

No men are allowed in the building, including the caterers and cleaning crew.

It keeps the men working and brings in money.  

Making a way out of no way is what “separates the boys from the men” in this business.

I'd like to get to a point where I can hire these homeless men and women to help with demos on properties.

Ask yourself, why do sales men exist?

I wrote more about that in an article I called, How BiggerPockets Saved My Life.So, in essence, networking with BiggerPockets and the social aspect was responsible for nearly every bit of real estate I have today - which is why I think I make a nice cheerleader for BiggerPockets, and like that old Hair Club for men slogan - I'm not just a community manager, I'm also a user :)

For someone who hasn't done anything except go to seminars for years, signing up for a program like this might be what they need to do  to get to the next level or even just get their first deal.I've been to lots of the InvestClub for Women meetings (men are welcome, too) and I think highly of Iris, Bobbi, Holly, and the rest of the group.

Who knows the players better than the tax men.
