On weekends, there are people hiking and riding quads.

She (with her limited powers) tried/is trying to get a supervisor to over ride their usual policy of waiting on a vendor for 48 hours.  

I'll ride the wave in my business and RE developments then retire up into the mountains. 

Whatever city Amazon picks will be interesting as I see techies needing entertainment, convenience of Ride Share companies and food deliveries, healthy political outlook from their politicians, and easy commute from airports to public transportation systems as they don’t Like owning cars.  

I did an 800 mile long road trip with my brother riding my other bike a 1985 Yamaha Maxim X.

It's like learning to ride a 250cc kawasaki before jumping on to a 1000cc Honda cbr is a better idea than jump straight into the honda

And if got to hunt on it ... and roam around on it.. ride our quads and tell every one I owned 700 acres of timber ground  LOL.But your correct about a lot of land in the US.. its worthless and poor investments you just need to know which is which.. 

Having a spouse along for the ride will be a big help.

Been quite a ride, glad i just jumped in, because you cant account for everything, a lot of this is being able to think on your feet.

I was hoping she would back-pedal and just let the loan ride, but she did not.
