Yes, people see the low price tag on these self-service options (there are a few more being marketed here, not going to put them on blast) and ignore CPA guidance to go with in person option and it is now coming back to haunt them.

I'm pretty neutral on the local market outlook for the next year. 

@Brody Trott you'll want to run the numbers on as many duplexes in your chosen market as possible.

With that said, San Francisco rental market it’s still a lot softer than it was before COVID.

IMO it is necessary in competitive markets. 

Even that manager needs to be really hard worker and skilled in so many different areas...sales, marketing management, hiring, firing, reservations, computer skills, and more.   

Most turn key companies do have a West coast based marketing company sell their props.
