This complex sits directly across the street from a 6 acre tract of land that I am currently building 38 apartment units on.

This is exactly what I imagine retiring to one day in the (hopefully not too distant) future-beautiful home on a large tract of land.

It takes time, but you can digest based on how much time you want to invest.

It is kind of overwhelming for me to digest all this information.

I just need to digest this all and comprehend it and get out and start looking at houses.

There are still a fair amount of vacant lots in the area and tract builders are building a good bit which is keeping prices down.
