Was that exception designed for this or a "stale mortgage" of distant past and no resolution in order to provide a way to not produce zombie title issues or unresolved clouds?  

I’m not trying to be a dark cloud on a sunny day, but I can assure you most of the people that are pumping this message from the mountains are the ones that are trying to sell something, JV, or charge you some big mentor fee.

I don't chase rent.

Tenant Cloud is ok but you have to sign up for another service just to collect rent.

It's cloud based, easy to reconcile accounts, can accept rents electronically, etc. 

On my Mac I have property files for work in progress, but the files are stored "in the cloud" when I'm done.
