Hi everyone, my name is Jordan Melendez and I'm new to real estate investing and have no experience yet. I am from the Orlando and Saint Cloud Florida area. I have worked for the past five years in the pawn shop business. I want to become sucessfull in Wholesaling as well as Buy and Hold real estate investing.
