just look at their pricing matrix its there on their website for everyone to see.. no smoke and mirrors and their loans are priced by down payment and experience. will give you a good base line when comparing loan options..

And yes I could always try an alternative funding source i.e. seller financing etc. but that exceeds my personal risk profile so I don't. in the end, the biggest road block for most people is looking right back at them in the mirror...

We are dancing - I posted a 3-day Notice yesterday, and this morning I get a text from the tenant advising me to save my money on the eviction costs cause I'll have the house back on the 15th...So, I looked at myself in the mirror and we took a vote - it was unanimous.
