The listing agent did post that it needs a complete remodel, but from further information its only the interior that needs remodel, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, walls freshened up, etc, which I can do myself easily.

Will rehab (needs new stairs, interior cosmetics, landscaping, etc) and then live in for a couple years and then most likely make it a rental property (could probably cover the mortgage and taxes if rented now).
