I am pulling property and ownership info and skip tracing it all through Propstream.This is supposed to be a more personal lead gen strategy and is supplementing a cold calling campaign led by a virtual assistant. 

If your goal is to supplement your income now, then you want to cash flow as much as possible.

This is the main reason why I became a real estate to supplement my investing strategies.  

. - They have had to buy a portable A/C unit to cool rooms without wall A/C-Their living room is cooler because of its high ceiling, 3 outside walls, and radiators that do not heat up as hot due to being in the end of the "line", so they use a radiator heater to supplement heat and have mentioned it is cold (which is true - by why leave windows open then?)

Take out a personal loan to supplement with cash I do have.

During that time I also became more and more concerned with the lack protection for a landlord and increased risk/exposure as being a landlord in CA.....so I passed on trying to make it work.With all that said, not trying to talk you out of it, but at these price points we're facing here have you thought of doing a primary but supplement/offset the rental portion with something out of state?
