For the last stair (where it meets the laminate), they have a bullnose hardwood flooring that you can get which is about 4 inches wide.

If this is your first rental, to cast a wide net, I would use Zillow, Redfin, Apartments.com, and on the MLS. 

They do a pretty good job of trying to curate a wide variety of investing approaches/styles -- and you're likely to hear one or two that jump out to you. 

There isn't really a "Best" when it comes to investing - There is a lot of "Personal Preference" so find the neighborhoods that meet your specific goals or interests - that may require some legwork or research on your part.... or cast a wide net and pick a deal that presents itself regardless of neighborhood - If you find a good deal anywhere in Spring, the specific neighborhood should not discourage you from moving forward on a flip

Keeping everything under one business could lead to disaster if one of those businesses is financially or legally destroyed, which leaves the rest of the company's assets wide open to being litigated.I hope this helped give some insight.

That's why they're used so widely.

We work on garage conversion and new construction ADUs, and we see a lot of these detached 2+2 car garages behind multiunit buildings.They are almost always in pretty bad shape structurally -- footings aren't deep enough, roof framing is too small and too widely spaces, roof framing is running side-to-side rather than front-to-back (so we have to put beams in and additional footings in when we remove portions of the walls that separate parking bays), ceiling height is too low, etc.

I love the strategy of looking for a deal a day - this is a great way to expose yourself to a wide range of properties and be able to make a more informed decision!
