Supposedly after much back and forth she contacted QB Support who in 2 hours resolved the issue - however the support request had to come from her and she was basically in her texts/emails kept telling me to pound sand. 

@Scott Mac I am probably being more provocative then I need to be but my point is that I see alot of people (I'm guilty of this myself) pounding their chest giving advice etc that were able to do things like buy real estate that is much more difficult to do today for young people sadly. 

If you have no experience and no time, and can't be there in a pinch because you live 2 hours away, isn't that being penny-wise and pound-foolish?

And then the compressor blows up venting 10 pounds of R22 straight into the atmosphere.

I pound the pavement pretty hard in Ogden and personally knock doors down there when I can.We're buying from wholesalers who we have very good relationships with and often get first looks at their deals (the farther north the earlier we see them).  

Don't tell your neighbor to "pound sand" just because the problem is hard to solve.
