Luckily I had just hit up Sam's Club and bought  2 bulk backs of TP just Ibecause I was low at the STR and home.Don't understand the rush on TP.I noticed the beer isle had slim pickens in the grocery store.

If you have proof that the funds are available, they will more than likely be able to close so your chances of having to actually having to pay should be slim to none.

Not until you hit massive scale, and the probability of that is slim.

So even if the property is a fixer, they will still be pushing the market so the chance of you getting it under contract and trying to wholesale is slim.  

I know its a slim chance but all Ya need is one lead to turn into a hit- am I right?  

I've been looking at new construction turn-key providers but selection is slim right now;  only options on well/septic or in partial flood zones which seem like added headaches to me. 

The margins are so slim that you do leave any room for mishaps.

I wouldn't say it's slim pickin in this area but the VA loan only goes up to $400k lending so under that number the property is likely going to need some updating.
